Cancellation Policy

If you cancel:

 

More than seven (7) days before your booking time:

​

You'll receive a gift card of equal value to your deposit amount that will be used towards the balance of your future reservation at Three Blacksmiths. Please note, each new reservation will garner a new deposit. 

 

Reservations can be rebooked through our reservation grid only. The gift card will be good for two years from the date of issue. Use this link to cancel an existing booking by logging into your profile.

Seven days (7) or fewer days before your booking time:

 

You will forfeit your deposit.

 

This policy also applies to a reduction* in the size of your party and to reservations booked within this seven-day window.

 

To avoid being charged your balance due, please email us at reservations@threeblacksmiths.com a minimum of 48 hours before your reservation. Cancellations are only valid once we confirm we've received your message.

 

48 Hours Before Your Reservation (or if you do not arrive for your reservation):

You are responsible for the full balance of your dinner. This policy applies to both a late cancellation, as well as a reduction* in the size of your party, so please be sure to let us know ahead of time if someone in your party will not be joining you.

If your credit card is declined for balance payment  and you have not confirmed that you are coming, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, retain your deposit, and open your table to other guests.

* Due to our unique, intimate dining room, we have a set number of tables and limited seating configurations. The table sizes available on our reservation grid are set. Once your reservation is booked, the number of guests in your party is fixed. Please see our FAQs page for more information about increases and decreases of party size.​​
