Closing In and Stocking Up

Now that the electrical and plumbing rough in is complete, we've closed up the outside of the building and are ready to wrap it in Tyvek. As for the siding, we're hoping to get going on that in the next week or so.

Inside the building we've been working on the ceilings, beams, and walls. We've insulated the entire structure which, when we bought it, was almost completely un-insulated.

Now, its nice and cozy!

And with the help of Bunny Johnson of Hospitality Dining Solutions, we've found some fantastic plateware.
